Hello,
I just adopted an 8 month old female miniature pig this week. Shes a great little pig, but it worries me that she walks around my house eating hair. I have swept extensively and vacuums but she's still finding my hair on the floor and eating it! I read that pigs cannot digest human hair. Should I be worried?

Brush you hair outside and tie it up so that it does not fall on the floor or put the pig outdoors, Your hair will go through it in to the pigs feaces. Pigs are scavengers and used to travel behind the gypsies eating all sorts of things in the past including human hair. etc. but if it worries you find another place to brush your hair and tie it up at all cost and all the time.
