Pregnant sow help

Pregnant sow; third litter. All previous pregnancies/farrowings no issue. Milk came in, udder filled. Crated her as usual. I was able to easily expel milk. She never went “off feed.” Appetite normal. Never pushed. Never showed other signs of labor. No fever. Cervix didn’t open; if it did, not enough for a full “inspection.” It’s been three days, and her underline is shrinking; milk drying up. No visible signs of distress. Still eating. Lays down slowly as if she has babies. What should we do? Give her Lut? Let nature work itself out? We’ve farrowed lots of pigs... experienced some oddities. This one’s a head scratcher.
