Dose of ketamine and acepromazine for sedation

The dose rate of ketamine for a swine is 5mg per kg. So if its 143kg, that is 716mg. Does that convert to 7.16 cc's? Its a cocktail mix with Ace of .03 to .05mg per kg. Or am I not doing the math right?
