Help me, does my pig have a broken back?

Today I let my pig outside and he had no issues and was fine being outside. It is a mildly hot day today and he hasn't been drinking much water, and is now refusing it.

He can walk, but he will dip his back and collapse, and he has collapsed once and made a horrible screaming sound. Is it possible his back is broken if he continues to walk around?

He has these red abrasions on his back too, that were not on his back when he went outside.

Please help!

sunburn, zinic oxide, aloe (green not the blue because the blue will burn), bluekote or barrier2 wound spray
