Bred Sow with Red Blood Dots on belly and ears

I just bought a bred sow yesterday and brought her home, she's due for approx. the 18th of June.
She drank a bit of water yesterday but doesn't look like shes eaten/drank much since.
Today I notice there's a bunch of spots of what looks like a bit of blood under the skin on the belly and around the ears and head. She's also salivating quite heavily.

I'm waiting to hear back from previous owner on this, but till then what do you think? If it was just on the belly I would think it was something to do with pregnancy but around the ears too?

Hi there, was thinking Erysipelas, but doesn't normally get on ears and face like that?????
Has she been fighting with another pig????
The fact that he is not eating and drinking is a worry and leads me back to the Erysipelas and if it is she needs a jab with a drug that will not effect her pregnancy???? Not all drugs can be injected to pregnant sows.

Looks more like mange than erysipelas, are there spots inside her ears ?

    1) She has not been fighting with another pig as she is the only one there.
    2) I talked to the previous owner and he said sometimes it takes a day or two for them to adjust and start eating a different ration and that I may have to force feed her a bit to get her going.
    3) If it was a mange mite then the sow I had in there the week before should have been bothered by it too, but she wasn't?
    4) I've seen mange pretty bad but never seen it show up like that over night?

So I guess clean the barn out completely, put fresh straw down, talk to the Vet on Monday and see what she says, wondering if Ivomec would be the ticket to getting her past this. Either way, thanks for the replies.

Went out and looked over her this morning including inside the ears, when I seen the crusty crap in her ears... it had to have been mange as much as I didn't wanna accept that. She must have gotten it from the last barn she was in.

    Ivomec will be here Tuesday.
